Please note that the doors to the School Auditorium will open at 10:00 am. Grades 1-12 will be dismissed at 12:00 noon. During the Assembly, we ask that you please refrain from video taping or photography. Also, there will be no extended day program or afternoon playgroup on that day.
- The 8th Grade Graduation will also take place on Friday, June 13th at 8:00 p.m. in the School Auditorium.
- The 54th Annual Commencement will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 14th in the School Auditorium.
Parking Announcement
For our Closing Assembly, the Garden City Police Department has graciously extended special "Event Parking" to the Waldorf School of Garden City. Visitors to the School may park along the NORTH and SOUTH SIDES of Cambridge Avenue all the way to Nassau Boulevard. In addition, Adelphi University's Public Safety and Transportation Department has graciously opened their parking lots to all non-Adelphi community members.
We are very thankful to the Garden City Police Department and Adelphi University for supporting us in this important community activity. As always, please be mindful when parking in front of our neighbors' homes. Please avoid blocking fire hydrants, driveways or walkways. Thank you.
Grades 1-12 will resume classes on Tuesday, September 3rd. Pre-School classes (nursery and kindergarten) will resume on Wednesday, September 11th.
