Waldorf education draws on the educational philosophy of Dr. Rudolf Steiner, whose insights inspire the sequence, content, and methods of instruction at our School. One of the distinguishing features of Waldorf education is the belief that human beings bear within themselves capacities for developing freedom of thought, balance in feeling, and conscious purpose in action that will enable them to realize meaning in their lives. To support the development of these capacities, our curriculum strives to balance academic, practical, creative, and physical endeavors in an interdisciplinary manner.
