Other Information

Juliane began her study of early childhood and adolescent development in Germany, where she was born and raised. She earned a bachelor's degree at SUNY Empire State College and a master's degree in teaching German at Stony Brook University. Prior to joining the lower school faculty as the German teacher, Juliane taught for the German-American School Association for twelve years. In addition to teaching German in the lower school, Juliane is also teaching freshman German in the high school. She is an active member of the American Association of Teachers of German and Long Island Language Teachers.
