Waldorf International Exchange Program overview

The Waldorf School of Garden City is excited to participate in the Waldorf International Exchange Program. This unique opportunity allows high school students to step into a different culture while continuing their Waldorf education. Please note that participation in the Exchange Program is dependent upon the availability of a student from Waldorf High School to exchange to the exchange-partner's school.

Exchange students must adhere to our dress code, which is explained under "personal appearance" in the High School Student Handbook.

The application process involves sending an initial letter of interest to our school. Once a willing student for the exchange has been identified, you will be asked to submit an application form and a medical form. Once the exchange offer has been accepted and the contract signed and returned, students will be mailed an I-20 petition for VISA. Visit our application page!
