On Wednesday, January 10^th at 7 pm in the High School Student Room, we have the great fortune to host representatives from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, who will deliver a presentation on Gender Diversity and address gender related questions. Through this hour and a half workshop, you will deepen your understanding of gender diversity and its connection to the academic and emotional success of all students. Topics will include, but are not limited to:

• gender development
• expression & identity
• how to speak to children about gender
• gender socialization
• expression and bullying in school
• supporting a child in transition
