Connecting, Uniting, & Transforming: An Evening of DEIJ Conversation
January 12 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm EST
Dear Parents and Guardians,
The Waldorf School of Garden City’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) Committee, in collaboration with the Parent-Teacher Association, invites you to join us for a conversation about our work on Tuesday, January 12th from 7:30 to 9:00 pm. We are eager to share the myriad ways in which we educate our faculty, staff, and students, and how we strive to not only meet the needs of our beautifully diverse community but also how we are taking active steps toward anti-racism. We look forward to collaborating with you in service of this important mission. Please visit our School’s DEIJ webpage here. This page, which includes a Disavowel of Rudolf Steiner’s Racist Ideas, is a work in progress and we welcome your input.
