Introduction to the Mixed-Age Kindergarten

As you anticipate your child’s transition into the Mixed-Age Kindergarten,
we invite you to come and find out what to expect for next year. Keelah
Helwig will present an overview of the Kindergarten program. You will
learn how the nature of play changes as children turn 5 and 6, how circle times
shift subtly to challenge the children’s developing physical dexterity and
mental agility, and how elements like foreign language, handwork and
eurythmy are integrated.
