Waldorf boys basketball would travel to St James, Ny to take on The Knox School. Waldorf jumped out on the Knox school in the 1st Quarter taking a 18-4 lead and never looking back. Junior Will Clauss opened the quarter for Waldorf with 11 points. Will was able to break the defense down and attack the basket. Issac Stumme would chip in 5 points in the quarter. Waldorf had very good defense in the 2nd quarter as well, holding Knox to 4 points again. With 3 seconds to go in the half Junior guard Aidan Koubel passed the ball to Mike Reed who shot the ball 2 steps over half court sinking the long range 3 point shot to end the half. Waldorf maintained the lead for the remainder of the game and would leave The Knox School victoriuls (51-30).
