Carrie Jaskowski
Early Childhood Aftercare Coordinator
Born and raised on Long Island, Carrie Jaskowski received of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University. She has since graduated from the Winkler Center’s Foundation Studies program as well as the Pfeiffer Center where she earned a certificate in Biodynamic Studies.
Carrie joined the Waldorf School of Garden City in 2008 when she began working in the Afternoon Care Program. In 2010 she took on the role of Kindergarten Assistant and then became a Kindergarten Co-Teacher in 2016. She also served as a facilitator to our Parent & Child Program. In 2017, Carrie became Afternoon Care Director for the Early Childhood until 2019, and returned to the position in 2022.
Carrie has three children who all attended the Waldorf School of Garden City. In her spare time she enjoys knitting, sewing, yoga, tending to her gardening, watching birds, and playing with her dog Roger.
