Emmie Yaeger

High School History Teacher, High School Co- Advisor & International Student Coordinator

Emmie Yaeger is a graduate of the Kimberton Waldorf School in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Arts in History and her certification in teaching Social Studies to grades 7-12 from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.

Before receiving her Master’s in Education and her Waldorf teacher training certificate from Sunbridge College, she taught History in the Pennsylvania public school system. From 2003 to 2007, Emmie taught history at the East Bay Waldorf School in El Sobrante, CA. In addition to teaching our High School History and Social Studies courses, Emmie is the advisor for the Model UN club, the School’s Homestay Coordinator, and the principle designated school official for the USLA application. She has also advised two high school classes through graduation.

In her free time Emmie loves gardening and enjoys traveling when she can.
