Marisa Gelb earned her Master’s in School Counseling from Brooklyn College and her Bachelor’s in English from University of Colorado at Boulder. Ms. Gelb had worked as a High School College and Guidance Counselor for six years at Hebrew Academy of Nassau County, and she previously was a College Admissions Counselor for two years at St. John’s University in Staten Island. Before that she worked in the Guidance Offices of Public High Schools in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
