Born and raised in Bayside, New York, Nina started her career as a licensed sales assistant in a New York City brokerage firm.

After moving to Long Island and raising her family, Nina spent twelve years working with students with special needs in the Mineola School District. Now at the Waldorf School of Garden City, she is happy to continue to work in education and contribute to the well-being of children.

Fun fact: As a teen, Nina spent time working at a Shea Stadium concession stand selling beer and hot dogs during Mets games.
