A passionate soccer player since he was a young boy in Rome, Roberto Splendori is an enthusiastic and positive role model and trainer for the Varsity Boys and Middle School Girls Soccer teams.

Still an active player himself as team captain of the Oceanside Team in the Long Island Soccer Football League, Roberto has a clear vision of the game and is highly skilled at directing and delegating players to the best position for each encounter with an opposing team.

Roberto continues to teach soccer during the ever popular lower grades after school soccer club where children and parents alike enjoy coach Roberto’s humorous yet discipline-infused style.

As a Waldorf parent of two “lifers” and a Foundation Studies graduate, Roberto appreciates and respects our school values and incorporates them into his own compassionate coaching philosophy.
