8th Grade Teacher
Victoria Dehan received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language Arts and her Master’s Degree in Adolescent English Education from Hunter College. She later received her Grade 1-8 teacher certification in Waldorf Education from the Sunbridge Institute.
For over 5 years she taught and observed in NYC schools such as the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School and the Young Women’s Leadership School of Astoria. She has also served as a fifth grade assistant at Green Meadow Waldorf School. Victoria joined the Waldorf School of Garden City in the kindergarten working with Pamela Carlson. At the School she served as assistant to three first grade classes and supervised Friday Lunch Bunch for grades 1-3. In 2017 she assumed the role of class teacher for the fifth grade.
In her spare time, Victoria dabbles in circus arts, particularly the hula hoop, and playing the banjo.
