Fall Fair 2012

On Saturday, October 20th, the Waldorf School of Garden City held its annual Fall Fair. The event, which was free and open to the public, was a wholesome and fun-filled day for children and families.

Organized by the school’s Parent Association, the Fall Fair boasts a host of unique arts and crafts, exciting games, a magical puppet show as well as healthy food and tasty treats. “The event is an excellent opportunity to start one’s holiday shopping at our marketplace,” said Sue Cheney, Co-Chair of the school’s Parent Association. “The marketplace includes quality vendors selling unusual, fine craft items.” People from all over Long Island enjoyed a beautiful day of good food, unique handmade crafts, old fashioned children games, puppet shows, and craft workshops.
