E-maiLSummer at the Waldorf School is a day camp for children ages 3-13, and also a Counselor-in-Training program for 14-16 year olds. Offering both half and full day programs, flexible scheduling, a variety of quality activities and special events led by dedicated and talented counselors — the goal of the program is to create an atmosphere of lively, yet relaxed, summer fun. The majority of the summer staff is comprised of a combination of Waldorf School alumni, current students, and current Waldorf School teachers.

E-MailCamp Glen Brook offers a summer residential camp program that weaves Waldorf education and traditional New England camping on a vibrant, diversified biodynamic farm in Marlborough, New Hampshire. The program is co-educational for children ages of 8-16. It consists of two three-week sessions for all ages. There are one and two-week sessions available for the campers in grades 3−4. We seek to inspire and empower children and teens with a sense of both comfort in the world and responsibility toward involved citizenship.

College Application Boot Camp is held on the grounds of the Waldorf School of Garden City.   Each session is three days in length and allows participants to complete much of the work required to apply to a selective college.  Campers will prepare essays that can be used for specific colleges of their choice. Develop an application strategy to increase their college acceptance possibilities. Learn how to highlight, activities, and achievements.  Participate in mock interviews and more!

We want students to meet exciting people, try something different, discover something about themselves, and see the world from a new perspective; put simply we want students to learn.

There is an inviting atmosphere throughout our school created by happy children, engaged families, and dedicated teachers. As a parent—the opportunity to self-select your child’s peer group, one which is aligned with your family’s values and outlook on the world, is amongst the most important educational decisions you can make.

We provide unparalleled opportunities for children, by immersing them in our working farm, outdoor adventures and a community of adults who respect the natural world.

We take the best of classical education and make it relevant by intertwining the arts with academics, resulting in a synergistic experience that creates deeper meaning. No other form of education provides for an academic experience this enriching, authentic and joyful.

We provide opportunities for children to be challenged while creating an environment that allows them to be healthy, satisfied, and productive community members.

Our school includes a 200-acre farm campus, organic gardens, and a community that values well-balanced children.
