Isabelle earned her bachelor's of arts degree with a psychology major and a women's studies minor from Villanova University in Pennsylvania.  While earning a master's degree in counseling from Villanova University, she served as guidance counselor to elementary school children in urban communities throughout Pennsylvania. She also pursued a career in the healing arts. After beginning a study in anthroposophy, she developed an interest in Waldorf education and subsequently earned a second Master's degree from Sunbridge College. She taught at the Charlottesville Waldorf School in Virginia before moving back to her hometown of West Hempstead and working at our school. Isabelle is fluent in Polish, plays the piano and flute, and enjoys ballroom dancing.
