There will be a 2-hour Delayed Opening for Friday, March 6th. Please note the following three items:
- All sections of the school – from Nursery through Grade 12 – will begin at 10:00 am.
- If your bus company arrives at your home at the regular time or if you need to drop-off your child at school at 8:00 am, Waldorf will be open with limited staff at 8:00 am.
- Bus companies respond to decisions made by the individual school district. Therefore, it is possible that when the Waldorf School has a delayed opening, other school districts may be closed or open for a regular school day, thereby causing difficulty with your child's transportation. Please confirm with your individual bus company how they handle such situations and consider transportation alternatives.

5th-12th Book Club
Hello my fellow book clubbers!
Thank you for a very lively and wonderful reading of "Out Of My Mind". I enjoyed listening to all of your thoughts.
Our next book for this session will be, "City of Ember" by Jeanne DuPrau. After 2 very serious novels of children living with disabilities, it's time for a nice breather! This is a wonderful story of a secret city shrouded in darkness. They have no sun, and no moon, and are entirely dependent on electricity. However, their generator is old, and beginning to break down. There are frequent blackouts. They need to figure out a way to save the city, or escape before the lights go out forever.
Next week will be February break so we will not meet. Our next Book Club will be
February 24th. Please read Chapters 1-7 stop before Chapter 8.
