AATG Recognizes 10 Outstanding Waldorf Students!

This year,  students across New York State, took a National German Exam administered by the American Association of Teachers of German (AATG), with  thousands of students participating across the country.  For the past thirty-six years, Waldorf students in their second, third, and fourth years of high school German have participated in this nationally administered exam which tests listening and reading comprehension.  This year, 10 Waldorf students were among those who were honored from Long Island for their outstanding achievement on this competitive exam.

This year’s winners from the Waldorf School were:

Amanda Sorensen – Gold Certificate – 5th Place (Level IV)

Boris Epie – Silver Certificate – 8th Place (Level IV)
Kate Keane – Bronze Certificate – 14th  Place (Level IV)
Caitlin Li – Gold Certificate – 4th Place (Level III)  
Noah Negri – Gold Certificate – 6th Place (Level III)  
Alessandra Fraim – Achievement Certificate – (Level III)  
Owen Chernoff  – Gold Certificate –  4th Place (Level II)  
Daniella Kata – Gold Certificate – 6th Place (Level II)  

Mia Ver Pault – Silver Certificate – (Level II)
