Sophomore Play Rehearsal – Light Crew

The dates and times are as follows:

January 7             10 – 2 pm             CANCELLED – SNOW
January 14           1 – 5 pm              Crew Call (for the basketball team students)
January 16           10 -4 pm              Full Cast rehearsal
January 27           3:30 – 6 pm         Light Crew
January 28           10 – 4 pm            Crew Call: Half the class from 10-1 pm and
half from 1 – 4 pm
January 29          10 am – 10 pm     Technical and Dress Rehearsal
                                                        (with potential to have the time shortened)
January 31          5 -10 pm               Dress Rehearsal at 6 pm
February 2          5 – 10 pm              Performance at 7:30 pm
February 4          5- 11 pm               Performance at 7:30 pm and Clean-up (Strike)

It is great to have extra help and supervision during these periods.  If you are willing and able, please contact me via email; alternately, if someone is willing to organize and supervise the volunteer schedule that would be a great help!

In the past, we have had a class potluck dinner on the Sunday before the show.  This is usually around 4:30 pm, with all parents, guardians and siblings invited.  It is followed by the first dress rehearsal and everyone is welcome to stay. If anyone could volunteer to organize this it would be wonderful.  If this idea does not interest the class as a whole then we can order pizza, etc.
