Another win for the Middle School Boys Soccer Team!

On Thursday, September 27th, the team travelled to the north shore of Long Island to play a tough and physical game against the East Woods School.

For the majority of the first half, Waldorf appeared to be in control of the play and went up 01-00 after 8th grader Max Pascucci put one in the net from some clever play by 7th grader Erik Beauvais and 8th grader Jun Kil Seong. East Woods responded quickly and made a goal off a corner kick.

Waldorf was not done though and kicked it into gear. The team finished the half up 04-02 thanks to some great combination passing and communication which led to lovely goals scored by Beauvais, Pascucci and finally one by 8th grader Eric Mundy.

The second half was more of a battle as East Woods stepped up their offensive attacks. However, Waldorf stood its ground and the game finished 04-03.
